  • Nora Dunlop

    DIRECTOR OF HOUSING AND HOMELESS SERVICES

    Nora Dunlop brings deep experience in organizational leadership, strategic capacity building, finance, and compliance in the human services and social justice fields to our housing and homeless services. After 17 years in Chicago working with numerous community-based organizations, Nora is delighted to work with our committed Goodwill Northern Michigan staff and Northwest Michigan Coalition to End Homelessness partners to make homelessness rare, brief, and one-time in our community. She oversees our emergency shelter, outreach and housing navigation, and housing support services efforts.

  • Taylor Moore

    FOOD RESCUE DIRECTOR

    Taylor Moore is an accomplished leader in areas of food, environmental, and social justice. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Taylor brings experience with community kitchens and food banks to his role in directing our Food Rescue team and supporting the Northwest Food Coalition and other community initiatives to increase food security and decrease food waste in our region. Taylor is proud to be a part of the community work to address these complex challenges and create a more equitable and sustainable food system.

  • Josh Olds

    DIRECTOR OF DONATED GOODS

    As Director of Donated Goods at Goodwill Northern Michigan, Joshua Olds is passionate about developing strong managers and driving continuous improvement. He leads a team dedicated to maximizing the value of donations by utilizing innovative processes and technologies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance the quality of goods offered in the organization's thrift stores, ecommerce, and recycling operations.

  • Annie Kerr

    FINANCE DIRECTOR

    Annie Kerr joined Goodwill Northern Michigan as Finance Director/Controller in early 2022, bringing with her an extensive background in finance and a history of community volunteerism including her work with the Special Olympics. Annie plays a vital role in our success and sustainability, providing accurate and timely financial information across our organization’s diverse areas, and helping us develop and implement financial strategies that support our mission and goals.

  • Rachel North

    DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING

    Rachel North joined GoodwillNMI in 2023, bringing a breadth and depth of communications and marketing experience from a variety of industries, including more than a decade with a Northern Michigan media company. Her expertise in media strategy, email marketing, public relations, events, and online marketing are being put to good use as she works with our local Goodwill team to increase community support of our work and mission.

  • Ryan Hannon

    COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT OFFICER

    Ryan Hannon has worked in the human services field for over 18 years, and specifically with people experiencing homelessness on the streets for over 15 years. Ryan serves as a technical advisor for Safe Harbor of Grand Traverse, an emergency homeless shelter. He’s also a member of the advisory board for Traverse House Clubhouse and chairs the Outreach & Identification workgroup for the Northwest Michigan Coalition to End Homelessness. The emphasis of his work is on ending homelessness in the Grand Traverse Region and Street Outreach best practices.

  • Emily Stuhldreher

    COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

    Emily provides essential support for Goodwill Northern Michigan's volunteer programs, including Good Meals and Food Rescue, while also playing a key role in the operations of community initiatives like the Basic Needs Coalition and Good Partner Vouchers. Her background in community development and nonprofit administration, coupled with her love for northern Michigan, showcase her dedication to creating a positive and meaningful impact at Goodwill Northern Michigan.
