Three weeks off! In your first year working with Goodwill, team members have 22 days of paid time off. Our year includes 8 paid holidays. Then we add paid time off starting at 15 days per year, and based on years of service, accruing up to 28 days.
Our whole team, part-time and full-time can take advantage of Goodwill’s robust Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which provides team members and their household with clinical services and counseling options available to assist with financial, legal, work/life issues, relationships, addiction, and emotional well-being.
When you’re at work, you eat free! Through our Good Meals program, we provide our team with healthy balanced meals, whether you work 9 am - 5 pm and call that lunch, or 1 pm - 9 pm and call it dinner. Free, convenient, healthy.
