Patriot Place is Northern Michigan’s only Veterans transitional housing community for Veterans experiencing homelessness. At Patriot Place, veterans receive support and stability before moving to permanent housing.

The Patriot Place community is specifically designed for Veterans. Residents stay for up to 6 months where they can get on-site support including help with:

  • Accessing benefits

  • Dealing with health and legal issues

  • Obtaining documents like birth certificates

  • Gaining employment

  • Finding permanent housing
