Benefits Open Enrollment is…OPEN!
Open Enrollment for our 2022-2023 benefits is underway and the enrollment window will remain open through Friday, September 9 at 11:59 pm. Open Enrollment is the one time of year when eligible employees learn about the new benefit plan year offerings and can add or make changes to their benefits coverage without a qualifying event.
Enrollment in benefits is through Paycom ESS (Employee Self Service) under ‘2022 Enrollment’. Watch this short video about how to enroll or decline your 2022-2023 benefits in Paycom ESS.
If you were unable to attend one of the live benefit information sessions, a recorded session is available to watch on demand.
Our 2022-2023 Benefit Guides are available within Paycom 2022 Benefit Enrollment and are also posted to the HR Sharepoint site.

All benefit elections will be effective October 1. Enrollment changes will be reflected in your October 7 paycheck.

Active Benefit Year
This year is an “active” benefits enrollment, which means regardless of whether you want to add, change, or decline benefits, you need to go into Paycom and either enroll in, or decline, each benefit.
Benefits enrollment and changes are now done in Paycom Employee Self Service (ESS), the same app you use for timekeeping and accessing your paystubs. In an effort to help you prepare for open enrollment in Paycom, and familiarize yourself with the Benefits module, we have set up a short 5 minute Paycom Learning video called “Benefits 101 for Employees” and assigned it to you to watch within Paycom.
Go through Paycom ESS by going to: Paycom Employee Self Service -> Learning -> My Learning -> Assigned Learning -> Benefits 101 for Employees
