Congratulations to our inaugural Goodwill Food Service Training Program graduates!
It has been an intensive and exciting five weeks for Food Service Training Program graduates, Toren Flannery, Sheila Anderson, Cheryl Dixon, and Willard Kille. They are the inaugural graduates of the five week work experience program consisting of class room instruction including ServSafe Food Safety certification exam, as well as hands-on training in a real life work environment preparing products for the residents of the Goodwill Inn and other Goodwill food service operations.
All demonstrate competency under supervision in:
- Utility-Dishwashing and Kitchen Preparation
- Whole Foods Culinary-Cooking Technologies
- Customer Service, Serving and Display
- Environmental-Green Industry Standards
