Our supportive housing programs help residents at Carson Square, Keystone Village, and Brookside Commons maintain long-term housing success. We offer support and referrals to community services to help individuals and families maintain housing.

Carson Square was built in 2016, when Goodwill Northern Michigan worked with MSHDA to expand housing access for people experiencing homelessness. The supportive housing community provides safe homes for many families and individuals facing homelessness and survivors of domestic violence.

Carson Square’s History: supportive housing created in partnership between MSHDA and Goodwill Northern Michigan.
